Pastor Peter currently serves as the Assistant Pastor at LIAC where he minister to the youth and young adults, preaches and teaches regularly, and attends to other ministry responsibilities. Prior to being called into fulltime ministry he has worked numerous years (how old is this guy?) in the corporate world in different fields from Accounting & Finance to Information Technology. As much as he loved working in IT, he could not resist God's calling upon his life. God has given him a heart and passion for ministering to young people. He remembers what it was like to struggle as a teenager, living in rebellion towards God, feeling empty inside, with a deep sense of hopelessness and despair. Had it not been for the grace of God, he would not even be alive today (part of his testimony).
Peter considers himself as being "tri-cultural". He was born in Hong Kong, but moved to the Netherlands when he was about a year old and lived there for nine years before immigrating to the US with his family.
Peter is a graduate of Nyack College and Alliance Theological Seminary. He is licensed and ordained by the Christian and Missionary Alliance. Peter is married to his lovely wife Christy and together they have been blessed with three wonderful children. Their oldest has graduated from college and working, their second is currently in college, while their youngest is in middle school.
